Autruo offers a 30 day return window for course product that meet the requirements for refund. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within seven days in order to ensure you get resolution
STEP 1: Send a Complaint
Also include pictures of the course product that you are about to render to [email protected] as a means of evidence.
STEP 2: Return after Authorization
Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting a refund which means it might be in cash or course access
If it is in cash, you will be getting refund from our merchant within 48 hours,that is after your claim has been look into
Additional reasons for denied refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested. Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course. Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
Users who have their account banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms or our privacy and cookies policy will not be eligible to receive a refund. We do not grant refunds for any subscription services.
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
